All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.
Order will normally be dispatched within 24hours of receipt. In the event that we cannot fulfill the order and have it dispatched within 24hours we will be in contact to let you know. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business.
All parcels are sent with Courier Post. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days depending on which part of the country you are in.
Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer as rural deliveries are handled by a third party.
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP with your order number in the subject line with your order number. Once order has been dispatched it cannot be cancel.
Change of Mind
Please ensure you choose the product with care and suitable for your purpose as we will not accept returns for change of mind about the product.
Damaged and or Faulty Goods
We will ensure product are properly package for dispatch. We accept responsibility if your order arrived damaged in transit. Please hold onto the product and its packaging and notify us immediately if the products arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. With our discretion, damaged products including its packaging will need to be returned to PandaMART and we will replace it at our own cost asap.
Lost in Transit
Parcel lost in transit will be responsible by PandaMART if you notified us within 5 days if you haven’t received your parcel after we’ve send you the tracking number. Once the Parcel has been delivered by the Courier Company to your nominated address, we cannot accept responsibility for your parcel.
Upon agreement, refunds will take 3-5 working days to process and it will appear back in the same account used to place your order (your original payment method). Please note, delivery fees are non-refundable.
